Once the architectural elements are decided, we move on to selecting all the beauties that will fill your space from furnishings to art and accessories that serve your needs, bring you comfort and beckon your eyes to consume all the gorgeousness. It's all about the details.
Once your home is ready for occupancy we send you off on a little excursion while our team installs all the things, styles all the shelves, puts away all the dishes and towels, makes all the beds and steams all the sheets. When you enter your front door all you need to bring is a smile and a toothbrush and maybe a little appetite for the goodies we leave on your counter.

This is the question and discovery phase. We ask about your family, your habits and how your life flows on a daily basis. We will discuss your priorities, inspirations, dislikes and must-haves, and design your home to make life pleasant, efficient and comforting. Whether your project is a new build or remodel, we work together with the architect and builder to execute all plans, create or collaborate on floor plans, elevations, building materials and finish details to ensure cohesion of all directives that fulfill our clients desires and budgets.

This is always the most exciting stage when clients can really see the interior design vision come to life. This step highlights the fruits of the creative process and gives clients a tangible product to touch and visualize. At this point floor plans, elevations of wall details and material boards are presented.

During the construction phase the contractors and interior designer work closely to ensure all details are executed accurately, finish schedules and drawings are provided with intricate detail to the build team for reference so no item is left unchecked. Regular visits are made by the designer to the job site during construction to ensure proper execution.

At this point the construction or remodel phase of your home is well underway. If the client desires to have furniture selection completed by our firm, this is the stage where that would take place. Many months prior to completion of the project, the orders must placed for furnishings to ensure sufficient time for delivery and inspection of product.

Once the residence is finished and ready for occupancy, our team orders the white glove delivery of furnishings, artwork, accessories and widow treatments. All furnishings are placed, art is expertly hung and accessories tastefully styled, linens are pressed and beds are perfectly fluffed, every lightbulb is installed and we go as far as making sure your plants are in pots and flowers on your nightstand. This is the moment we say... Welcome Home.
